Stojan’s Vegetable Farm


We use an integrated pest management system – no pesticide is applied unless an economic threshold is needed. Weed control is done by hand or mechanical cultivation. Another practice is the use of mulch, which also conserves moisture and avoids possible soil erosion. Bees are used for pollination.
