Heritage Prairie Market is pleased to host the 4th annual Hog Roast/Barn Dance Fundraiser supporting the missions of the Center for Rural Psychology and Heartland Counseling. Enjoy an evening on the farm with live music by The Common Taters, barn dancing, farm tours, games for kids, farm animals, roast pork with all the fixin’s, fountiful sides, local beer and wine by the glass, s’mores by the bonfire and watch the sunset over the fields.

The Center for Rural Psychology is a not-for-profit organization that advocates for the mental health needs of under-served rural areas and provides direct services to Kane County through Heartland Counseling, its main clinic and training site.

Bring your dog to the PIG GIG for a fitness and agility workshop! Co-sponsored by Nature’s Quest Dog Food and Heritage Prairie, this program is taught by instructor Tammi Stone and supports A.D.O.P.T. Requested donation is $2 per dog. Tasty food and beverages available for purchase for people and canines alike. (Heritage Prairie is canine friendly for all well mannered dogs on leashes during business hours.)
