Presented by the Gail Borden Public Library in collaboration with the Elgin Community Network with the Support of the Grand Victoria Foundation and the City of Elgin, Marko Spiegel, president of Conservation Technology International, Inc., will discuss how to reduce energy use and emissions in homes along with experts from NiCor and ComEd.
