Such an interesting idea! I think it’s clear, as time goes on, that the connection between food and health is direct and influential. This book, :The APO E Gene Diet,” tackles integrative medicine and the whole connection between diet and disease prevention. The author, Pamela McDonald, talks about some serious diseases that cannot just be prevented — we’re not seeing evidence of disease reversal. Isn’t THAT amazing?
