This Summer Chef Jeremy Lycan works with local farmers and producers to showcase a 6 course tasting menu carefully paired, by Sommelier Jody Richardson, with 6 domestic wines. Each month we will highlight a unique taste of the season:
- July, The Bounty of Geneva Green Market
- August, A Taste of Heritage Prairie Market
- September, Out to Pasture with Dietzler Farms
