Jo says, “Natural cooking is creative, healthful, easy and fun.  My mission after returning from the School of Natural Cookery in Boulder, CO, is to share the goodness of healthy food and the peace it gives one’s life—naturally.”

Jo offers cooking classes, private classes and “kitchen coach” services. “All natural & organic ingredients are used.  The goal is to have the student informed on technique and how to locate all ingredients used in making it easy to replicate the dishes in your home.” This class will combine demonstrations and tastings with information on detoxifying and pantry stocking.
